Carter Cook - President/Managing Partner
Carter has over 30 years of welding experience, holding many ASME and AWS welder certifications for a vast array of processes. Carter is a Certified Weld Instructor (CWI) and a Certified Welding Educator (CWE) and has a BS in Mechanical Engineering.. He has been involved in many complex and challenging turbine and generator component repairs in his career, including shells, steam chests, rotors, valves and stub shaft repairs to nuclear generator fields.
David M. Parker - Senior Engineer
David has with over 39 years experience in materials, metallurgy, welding, and NDT from design and fabrication to fleet support and disposal. Excellent ability to understand and quickly resolve fabrication problems and implement repairs, while providing leadership to supporting engineers. Trained and qualified welders and operators, supervised repairs, followed non-destructive inspection, and developed welding techniques.
John Fulton - Welding Engineer
John has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and over 30 years of experience. He provides engineering support and supervision of weld repairs to gas and steam turbine shells, valves, steam chests and other large turbine components requiring weld repairs. He travels worldwide supporting weld repairs needed by utilities and industrials.
Adrian Breitenstein - Electrical Engineer
Adrian has a MS in Electrical Engineering and 35 plus years experience in electrical insulations, advanced electronics, NDT and pulsed power. He is presently engineering an array of induction heating applications used in the utility and industrial repair industries.
Jeff Cutler - Mechanical and Software Engineer
Jeff has a BS in Mechanical Engineering and an MS in Software Engineering. He has been involved in the support of European as well as domestic customers. Jeff excels in working with Robotic welding applications for the repair of turbine rotors on-site, saving clients thousands of dollars due to significant cycle reduction and transportation cost. He also specializes in the integration of robots for production welding applications.
Nick Lessard – Engineer
Nick’s expertise was developed at RPI, where he earned two engineering degrees, one in computer engineering and the other in electrical engineering.
Dennis DiMattia - Quality Control Specialist
Dennis DiMattia is a former Quality Control Specialist in the Aerospace industry. Dennis also is an experienced machinist and has extensive experience in manufacturing in support of the U.S. Military.
Gerry Crawmer - Material Engineer
Retired from GE as Chief Materials Engineer. AWS Fellow, graduated from Ohio State with a degrees in Welding and Material engineering.
Terry Lustofin - Welding Engineer
Degreed welding engineer, retired from GE worked in a variety of manufacturing areas, also ran the GE weld school and NDE (non Destructive examination) department
Greg Calaci - Master Machinist
Master Machinist & welder. Previously worked on Navy submarine fabrication. Owned his own welding/fabricating company. Greg brings over 30 years of experience in welding and machining to work with him every day.
